Immunocyte Positive Sorting Kit adopts the method of immunomagnetic bead positive sorting, which uses specific biotinylated antibodies to bind to the immunocytes in human PBMC (peripheral blood mononuclear cells) or human CBMC (umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells), and then incubates with the magnetic particles to make the target cells stay in the magnetic field under the action of the external magnetic field, so as to achieve the goal of immunocyte cells to be separated. The kits contains the Biotin-Antibodies,SA Nanobeads and Isolation Buffer.
