Blank Matrix
The measurement of chemical/biological drug concentrations and their metabolites in biological matrices is a critical process in drug development. To this end, blank biological matrices are essential for analytical method development and validation to ensure the accuracy and specificity of the analytical method. Blank matrices are primarily used for preparing calibration and quality control of samples when evaluating the specificity, selectivity, precision, accuracy, matrix effect, recovery rate, stability, dilution linearity, and interference effect of analytical methods. Therefore, high-quality blank matrices are required for accurate test results.
In the context of drug R&D, plasma is required for evaluating the pharmacokinetic profile of drugs, especially when conducting plasma stability test and plasma protein binding assay. Both studies provide important information regarding the distribution/transport of drug in the body. Responding to the requirements for ADME assays, IPHASE developed unique plasma products that meet the R&D need. Furthermore, we also supply bioanalytical method validation set, conventional blank biological matrices, and replacement (artificial) matrices to assist numerous scientists with their research objectives.
