Short Description:

Single nucleated cells were embedded in agarose gel, and after lysis and deconvolution, DNA fragments migrated toward the positive pole under the action of electric field, and the migration distance was correlated with its size and charge. After fluorescence staining, undamaged cells showed round fluorophores, while damaged cells showed comet-like images, and DNA damage could be analyzed by trailing length and fluorescence intensity. This kit is designed in according to OECD guidelines.
