Short Description:

Mouse lymphoma cells, L5179Y TK+/-, were used as a model and exposed to the test substances in the presence or absence of metabolic activation and subsequently cultured in a selective culture medium containing trifluorothymidine (TFT), and the mutant colonies were counted and the mutation frequency was calculated to assess the mutagenicity of the test substances. This kit is designed in according to OECD guidelines.
