Short Description:

Chinese hamster lung cells (CHL) were used as a model and exposed to the subjects in the presence or absence of metabolic activation conditions and treated with cytochalasin B (cytoB) to induce dikaryocytogenesis. Subsequently, the bi-nucleated cells were collected, sectioned, stained, and microscopically analyzed for micronucleus rate to assess the mutagenicity of the test substance. This kit is designed in according to OECD guidelines.
