Short Description:

Chinese hamster lung cells (CHL) were used as a test system in the presence or absence of a metabolic activation system, CHL were exposed to the test substance, and the cells were blocked with colchicine in the mid-dividing phase, and subsequently the cells were collected, sectioned, stained, and microscopically observed for chromosomal aberrations to assess the mutagenicity of the test substance. This kit is designed in according to OECD guidelines.
