In this study, IPHASE Human CD8+T Cells Positive Selection Kit was applied to Separate CD8 T cells, used in subsequent experiments to discover that elevated cholesterol levels inhibit the infiltration of CD8+ T cells in the tumor microenvironment, thereby affecting the efficacy of radiation therapy, demonstrating its reliability and performance in cutting-edge biomedical research. It’s incredibly rewarding to see our technology supporting meaningful scientific breakthroughs.
